What is The Sound of Animals? 

 

 

The Sound of Animals started when a French expat hooked up with a Thai person. Chour was not allowed to work in Thailand and was apparently bored.

 

He started "rescuing dogs" based on his knowledge as a dog breeder back in France. (Confirmed by the wife he left for Tan).

 

He started putting himself in the public eye, not content to perform "good deeds" behind the scenes.

 

Eventually he started getting recognized via social media platforms. He has been in Thailand for a total of 8 years, not 15 like SOA would have you believe.

 

Enter the Palfrey family from the UK. Chour told them (and others) he was actually a Doctor, a world-renowned Virologist and also a multi-millionaire. He wanted to build an animal rescue shelter and "save dogs from the dog meat trade in Thailand and Cambodia". They like others, bought his story hook, line and sinker.

 

£350,000 was sent to Michael Chour by the Palfrey family. To buy land and build The Blue Dream Shelter.

 

What they didn't know was everything Chour told them was a lie.

 

- The land was never purchased

- The construction invoices had been doctored for triple or quadruple the price of supplies

- Food prices were tripled

- Veterinary consults either didn't happen or invoices were forged for double the costs

- Medical supplies like Bravecto were invoiced for but never purchased

- Dogs weren't being sterilized or innoculated

- No mass-sterilization program took place

- Very few dogs were ever adopted and most were confined to cages 23/24 hours per day

 

As The Sound of Animals grew, volunteers from all over the world would fly to Thailand to work with the dogs. Suddenly reports were coming out of the SOA camp highlighting many abuses and atrocities that were being perpetrated by Chour.

 

Examples are :-

 

- Michael Chour wasn't a Doctor, he had never been a doctor. In fact he had NO medical training whatsoever

- Chour would abuse staff, screaming and shouting at them, sometimes locking them in cages

- Chour would often travel to Cambodia under the guise of "rescuing dog meat survivors" but would instead spend thousands of £ on 4 star hotels, prostitutes, expensive meals like oysters and champagne and expensive alcohol like Jack Daniels which he seemed to have a penchant for.

- When volunteers accompanying him on these trips would question Chour about why he was traveling across the border into Cambodia to rescue dogs when there were thousands upon thousands of dogs in Thailand, he would brush them off and say he knew what he was doing. (The truth is Chour liked to go to the Naga casino in Cambodia where he had VIP status as a big spender) and he had the luxury of blowing donations meant for the dogs away from prying eyes!

- He pre-arranged with dog meat butchers to "rescue dogs" from their cages but was in fact paying for them by the kilo, fuelling the dog meat trade and negating the very purpose of rescuing dogs in this cruel industry.

 

This was just the tip of the iceberg and many more horrifying events and transgressions would unfold.

 

Michael Chour had got away with 1 of the biggest cons seen in the animal rescue world, on par with Nami Kim and Marc Ching.

 

He NEVER bought the land on which The Blue Dream Shelter was built. Where has all that money disappeared to?

 

The construction of The Blue Dream Shelter was therefore illegal. All those donations wasted! All those dogs now facing harrowing conditions, betrayed by Michael Chour!

 

Then videos were put onto social media by Chour. He thought it would make him appear as some kind of hero/savior to the dogs and impress the public who would be asked to send more and more donations so Chour could keep up his "good work". 

 

The truth is he brutally murdered 23+ already highly traumatized dog meat survivors who screamed in agony, writhing in pain for up to 15 minutes as a marketing ploy to raise donations. (Same modus operandi as Marc Ching when he instructed a dog butcher to chop off a dog's paws so he could rush in to save the dog. All this by prior arrangement).

 

This was reported to Thai authorities as a) Chour was posing as a vet b) It is illegal for anyone other than a vet to diagnose rabies and subsequently euthanise a dog c) None of these dogs was ever tested for rabies d) Chour dumped the bodies somewhere - ALL of this ILLEGAL and in contravention of Thai law.

 

- Chour admitted on camera that he performed those "euthanasia videos" to raise donations when questioned by Thai officials!!

(When The Sound of Animals Admin was confronted by these videos they claimed all the videos had been "edited". Yes different people around the globe all doctored these videos in the same spot and spliced them together. Funny how they are all identical!)

 

There is more, so much more to tell.

 

Michael Chour is NOT a true animal lover and he is NOT a dog rescuer. He is a fraud, a con, a master manipulator and a narcissist who is fooling innocent and gullible members of the public RIGHT NOW.

 

Michael Chour has been evicted from the land he supposedly bought. He has hired multiple lawyers to defend these and multiple charges of fraud, posing as a doctor, posing as a vet, illegal euthanasia of dogs, suspicious casino winnings, tax evasion and the list goes on!

 

We highly recommend you do your own due diligence. Utilize Google and start asking around. Of course The Sound of Animals deletes, blocks and bans ANYONE who poses even 1 question. Why? They claim they are an open book. Oh really? I challenge you to ask a question on any public SOA Facebook page and see what happens. No authentic, honest animal rescue organization behaves in this fashion!

 

Michael Chour will be back in court early January 2021 and again in February 2021. We have every confidence he will be found guilty of all the charges against him and he will be imprisoned and hopefully deported back to France. (We believe this is why The Sound of Animals is working feverishly to raise as much donations as they can before this eventuality. They too cannot be trusted as they have stood behind Michael and Tan Chour all the while knowing the truth!)
